I just downloaded Bns again, and when i logged in, there was 2 empty slots. My characters are gone. What the? I had a level 32 or 33 fm and a kfm 39 or 40. This can't be. I thought they are on my other account, but i was wrong. There wasn't anything. It looks like a fresh account. I can't use the usernames as well... Somebody help me.
