  1. Thank you, I've forwarded this. Since the preview costume 1 does have a normal breast shape, while preview costume 2 does not, this seems to be an actual bug, but right now I am waiting for our QA to investigate. For the other issues, I think it is best to wait for UE4. We don't entirely know the full scope of the changes yet and how this will affect character models, especially since the Engine Upgrade is still work in progress at this point. Imaging being my colleague and shot at in the office with Nerf Darts all day long. This is called affection, embrace it. Sounds like me at work. Jokes aside, it is fine that you don't like them, but others might and probably do quite a lot. If this comes up, we can incorporate this as feedback but I would not count on a change if it is not something the community as a whole would like to see.
  2. Hi @Dripsz, At this moment there are no changes planned regarding those Tokens, but if you can (1) tell us which class/spec you play and (2) why the use of an old Badge is more beneficial for this class/spec in PvP over newer ones, then we can potentially talk with the Devs about it.

Hello all, We do not want to remove discussions about issues that affect your game experience, especially in a negative way, however, we chose to remove the name of the software due to concerns that this could lead to more usage, we don't want to encourage others to use software that is against the Terms of Service.   7. Hi all, First of all, we are always thankful for constructive feedback, and we are never going to censor you, regardless of how negative the feedback is. It is ok for you, to be not particularly happy about the state of the game and it is always good to express your feedback and be vocal about issues. Vulgar language, however, is not tolerated. Usually, we try to be very lenient when it comes to the usage of particular words when feedback can be seen as otherwise valid, but this thread has gone a bit too far, please watch your language.
  8. Hi all, First of all, thank you @NorbertTheOpinionated for the number of suggestions. In this case could you please tell us the slider values, so we can investigate? We usually don't talk specifics and announce only a few weeks in advance, basically as soon as we feel comfortable and ready to do so. We have of course an internal road map, but things will usually be moved a bit, adapted, removed or added depending on the western market and community needs. In terms of lore, this is also usually work in progress by the localisation department until we are ready to announce. We know that you are all very excited about what is coming next to the game, especially when you keep your eyes and ears open for what is happening in South Korea with Blade & Soul, but truth be told, there is an unavoidable delay due to the adaption to the western market that is still significant enough so that we can't spoil you months in advance with information that might not hold true on release day.

  13. Hallo zusammen, wie einigen von euch sicher schon aufgefallen ist, werden die wöchentlichen Herausforderungen am Dienstag zurückgesetzt, anstatt wie gewohnt am Mittwoch. Dieses Problem hinderte Spieler daran, ihre Belohnungen zu sichern und verringerte außerdem die Zeit, die Spieler für ihre Herausforderungen übrig hatten. Moment können wir leider noch keinen genauen Termin für das Implementieren einer Lösung nennen, arbeiten aber zusammen mit dem Entwicklerteam mit Hochdruck an einer Lösung. Wir sind uns der Tatsache bewusst, dass viele Spieler auf ihre Belohnungen verzichten mussten, weswegen wir sicher gehen wollen, dass ihr für eure Geduld belohnt werdet. In der Zwischenzeit empfehlen wir allen Spielern, falls möglich, ihre Herausforderungen bis Dienstag 23 Uhr abzuschließen. Vielen Dank für euer aller Geduld.
  14. Bonjour, Comme vous devez le savoir, le défi hebdomadaire se réinitialise le mardi au lieu du mercredi. Pour cette raison, les joueurs n’ont pas pu réclamer leur récompense, et certains n’ont pas eu le temps de compléter les défis hebdomadaires. Nos équipes travaillent actuellement afin de résoudre le problème dans les meilleurs délais. Nous savons aussi que des joueurs n’ont pas pu obtenir leur récompense et travaillons sur la manière de les récompenser pour leur patience pendant la résolution du problème. En attendant, essayez de compléter votre défi hebdomadaire avant mardi 23 h (heure de Paris). Merci et veuillez nous excuser pour la gêne occasionnée.
  15. Hi all, As some of you may have experienced, we have an issue with the Weekly Challenge resetting on Tuesdays instead of the usual Wednesday. This issue has prevented players from claiming their rewards, but also not giving them the remaining time to complete their Weekly Challenges. We do not have an estimated time in when this issue will be resolved, but please be aware we are actively troubleshooting and working on a resolution with the development team. We also understand that many players have missed out on their Weekly Challenge rewards, and working on a plan to make sure players are rewarded for their patience as we continue to work towards resolving this issue. In the meantime, if you can, please complete your Weekly Challenges before Tuesday 2:00 p.m. PDT / 23:00 CEST. Thank you for your patience.
  16. Hi @Fhantasy, Sorry for the late response. This is intended, you can only upgrade with Golden Fish Oil within the path. E.g. Aransu to Grand Celestial, Exalted to Skyforge and Storm Dragon to Shadowforge. You can still upgrade Aransu to Skyforge for example but not by using Golden Fish Oil.

Unfortunately mentioning that something is just broken without specifying anything is not going to speed up the investigation. In this case, with the limited amount on information provided, any investigation is unlikely to happen.
  18. Hi @Estroken, I assume you mean that you cannot complete the training? We are happy to investigate, but we need to know what part of the training is not working for you. The more information we have the quicker we can investigate, check if this is already under investigation and if not, submit a report to get it fixed.

  21. Hey @Chiraitori, Hierbei handelt es sich ja um die Illusionswaffe der Drachenaura, mit welcher Waffe hast du verglichen? Kannst du uns bitte einen Screenshot zukommen lassen im Vergleich? Ich habe Klingenmeister und Klingentänzer, männlich und weiblich mit anderen Skins überprüft und die Position ist immer dieselbe.

We updated this topic again today, but unfortunately, the investigation is still ongoing. It's perfectly understandable that issues that affect many players need to be resolved as quickly as possible. However, we would ask kindly for your patience while we are looking for a solution. Wir wissen, dass einige Spieler leider keine Belohnungen erhalten haben, bitten aber um Geduld, während wir versuchen, die Ursachen für das Problem zu identifizieren und eine Lösung ins Spiel zu implementieren.
