Can't Login anywhere after game crashed in new Event Wind Chaser

I had the same issue. To solve this I had to log through my cell phone and delete some ip address. -
The issue is due to moonlight soul from the last event. If you have the item on your char you are fked kek I can log only on char who don't have this item.
