Hello beginners from Blade and soul support team, I'm writing this topic because this is not my first issue when support team does not understand the ticket that i raise for an issue, and i bet i'm not the only one. I had a stupid issue yesterday when my ip changed because i disconnected the router, then i tried to reconnect and was telling that a new ip has been detected and i need verification code. All good it was not my first time with this, i pressed the button "send a verification code"-nothing happened, then i pressed again (you cannot request another one just in 10 min, but that's a bullshit) ok doesn't matter, nothing happened at all, so the site or whatever system is behind that is sending verification code it didn't worked at all. Then i send a ticket to SUPPORT :)) , yeah SUPPORT (which is lame in my opinion) i send this as not a registered user because i could not enter my credentials due to ip changed. I explained what happened in the ticket and this BEAR is responding what i already knew , my problem was WHY i could not receive from NCSOFT verification CODE ?????? The IP verification feature is a security aspect of the game client. Its primary function is to prevent potential hackers from gaining access to your account. This happens when a different IP address tries to login to your account. Unfortunately, there is no current workaround to bypass or remove this security feature. We understand this may be frustrating for players using a dynamic IP address but the only suggestion we can give you is to contact your ISP and request a static IP address.
