be sure you don't do the same mess that I did. For me the Launcher minimize after game start, just to show up again shortly afte...so I did the same as allways, hammer Play button again... BUT: the game usually still running at that point (behind the launcher window) and that way I tried multiple starts by accident for a major mess. So make sure game is not still starting up before hitting play on Launcher again. Someone telling me that would have gave me a more relaxed night.

your games bsod Win10? you are sure your system, esp. cooling/fans are OK?

delete and re-install Launcher did the job for two others before.

this is 10 years old hardware and even ten years ago it was not very powerfull.

nix für ungut, aber wenn die wirklich dieses UE3->UE4 Update wie angekündigt in 12-14h schaffen, so ist das eine ordentliche Leistung und noch mehr wenn man bedenkt, dass es NCWest ist.

naja im Vergleich zu dem was NCsoft mit Handyspielen in Asien einnimmt, ist der Anteil von BnS+Shop eher Kleinkram.

just hit play on launcher when you want to check if maint is done, if they find some hotfix it also may do a lil update, and when it is rdy it should start the game. no mater what happened with the old UE3 game files.

well the old game folder will be still there, quite some GB and can be deleted when done. But ofc you can just update and play, it is just old stuff filling up your disk-space.

If you are not sure, there is no hurry for this. It just uses up a bunch of space, that's all. As you got the new launcher this should bring your pre-download up to date so it is rdy to start after- If you haven't pre-downloaded it will do a full download.

yep it is quite stupid and a big waste of time to blame performance and gameplay now, while the server is down and updating. Let's wait until tomorrow, I am sure we will find enough stuff to flame them 😄

just as a reminder, AP alone is quite meaningless, unless it comes to show off.

it's the launcher which needs an update, as long UE3 was still live it made some issues trying to uninstall, but now (for me roughly 1h after server down) the launcher was updated on restarting it and after this, all traces of UE3 been erased from launcher-window/settings.

check for the Launcher 2 settings (the gearwheel icon on top-right), there you check the path in the Game Tab, if the Game Installation Path is correct it should work.

btw are the ‎@BladeAndSoulOps offline? No updates there so far today... Or do they having a free day before getting chained to server room?
