Während dieses kleinen Zeitfensters war es einigen Spielern möglich, mehrere Pakete zu erwerben. Wir haben damit angefangen, diese Gegenstände zu entfernen und die NCoins der respektiven Accounts zu erstatten. Après la maintenance du mercredi 13 novembre, le pack de 10 sachets de pierre d’illusion de raton avait un prix incorrect sur le serveur Européen. Pendant une période courte, certains joueurs ont pu acheter plusieurs packs. Nous avons commencé à retirer ces objets et les NCoin dépensés seront remboursés. Hello everyone, As you know after the maintenance this prior Wednesday there was a bundle of 10 Racoon Pet Pouches that was set an incorrect price for the EU server. During this short window some people were able to purchase multiple bundles. We’ve began removing these items and refunding the appropriate NCoin to the accounts. If you were impacted by this you should see the NCoin returned to your account within the next few days. Thank you.

Der Ereignisgegenstand Goldener Nebelstein für die Erntedankfeierlichkeiten gewährt eine zusätzliche Reduktion, die allerdings in den Details unten nicht reflektiert ist. Coming next week for with the Golden Harvest Festival update will be a few changes to both the Talisman cost and crafting cost changes for Transformation Stones and Empyrean Spirit Stones. The overall cost to craft Transformation Stones and Empyrean Spirit Stones will be reduced. You can see the new costs below. Talisman Changes The Talisman item will have upgrade cost adjustments for the existing tiers, and a new tier, Morning Star, will be added as well. The gear required to complete floor 8 is pretty low. A boosted level 60 character could likely finish it, so anyone higher should not have any issues!

If you're not Premium you're able to get 61 Harvest Dinners per week, and 75 if you are Premium (counting the Daily Login). The Harvest Keys are only obtained from the quest for that day, so if you're trying to do The Shadowmoor on Wednesday you won't get the Harvest Key.

Hi electric Potato, We have identified one final group of rewards we will need to be sending out. These are participation rewards for the Pumpkin Spice Candy, and will be doing so as soon as we can this week. Also, thank you for being so helpful with reporting as it helped quite a bit! We've also just sent out this week's rewards as well so everyone should have received their rewards from this last weekend's event. Please let us know if you notice anything that might be off! A quick update for the rewards from the first weekend. We just distributed the missing participation rewards for players that didn't get them for the same category they placed. We've also distributed rewards to those that ran the dungeons through the entrances rather than through the Lobby. Hi all, I wanted to give a quick update on this. For Category 2 the top 50% incorrectly listed Moonstone Crystals and Elysian Crystals instead of the intended reward of Soulstone Crystals and Sacred Crystals, the article has been updated to reflect this. As for the extra rewards being sent out, this was not intended but we will not be removing them. Lastly, we have identified some accounts that did not receive the participation prizes for other dungeons they ran within their placed category and will be distributing them as soon as we can. I also wanted to thank everyone for the reports on this, we've made adjustments for the data pulling for this coming weekend's event. Also, a reminder that if you place in a higher percentage in a lower category you'll be placed in that category. This means if you got top 10% in Category 3, but placed top 1% in Category 2 you'd be placed in Category 2. Thank you.

Hi there. We're looking into this and checking a few things. I wanted to clarify with you if I could. Your highest placement was in Cathedra Cliffs, so you received the top 50% rewards: 20x Moonstone Crystal, 20x Elysian Crystal Premium Bonus: 10x Soulstone Crystal, 10x Sacred crystal You did indeed run the other dungeons in the same category so you should have received 4x Pumpkin Spice Candy and an additional 4 for being a premium member, but you only got 2 total, is this correct?
