For returning players, Master Hong's Ninth Lesson quest requires you to complete a daily quest in the Shackled Isles, but so far there are 0 players. Have been waiting in lobby for hours to look for parties and start it, but to no success. Returning players cannot complete this quest and receive the rewards, this is an impossible quest to complete. It should either be removed or changed to something else, at least compensate for the rewards. I have x4 temporal removal charms, only need x2 more to remove the 30 day duration for the soul. The date should be extended and the quest should be changed to something else.
