  1. First and foremost. When i click in the support tab to "send a ticket" it instantly redirects me to my account settings data without actually setting up the ticket. Second. When i wrote to that address. No one responds, no one reads(i have set "message read check" to true). And when i tried that to do client rep, it gave me the "very" friendly blue death screen. And if i'm to present a screenshot of blue death screen, i cannot as i have old phone and well, never known anyone who made a screenshot of their own death screens with their "dead" computers. :D
  2. i've exactly the same problem for approximately half a year for now.. NCS does not respond to my emails and i'm unable to send tickets so make an image of it xD
  3. I have this too, and when i force rescan & repair, it kills my pc.. :D
  4. Seems so right, so they try to bring my pc with the game.. :D Also the guys at their NCsoft offices are not responding to emails. So it's and end for me in BnS.. Been here for a long time, but this is last drop. Goodbye BnS
  5. I tried. I cannot open the ticket page, like it's been force-closed..
  6. Hi there, NCSoft. After latest patch, i am unable to start the game from the launcher. When i try, launcher goes on background like it starts the game, the all of a sudden 2-4 seconds later opens like the game never launched.. When i tried to scan&repair files, i've got The Screen of Blue Death! Wasn't fast enough to catch what it said. But it definitely was to do something with trying to repair the files.. Soo.. Cannot make a ticket, so i throw it here. Have fun
