I don't know if I should laugh or cry. The support answers to buy in the shop but the keys are not on the shop. Even though this topic has been moved by a moderator, no one is reporting the problem.
There are only 2 weeks left for the trove, it's time to act before players who pay premium are not even more insulted than they already are.

Unless a new CM is announced, don't expect "official" help on this forum. No one from NCW read this forum now. This game is dying. In my case, i'll not renew my premium under these conditions.
It will be a miracle if we get the next update -

- Disconnections after each race are fixed
- Random disconnections during character change are still present but much rarer in my case.

I made 5 characters, for each character I was disconnected and forced to restart the game.
I have to return after the event on each character to collect my reward too (50 coins with the quest).
Added to this:
- New random disconnection when changing character
- AND the bug of the random black screen when starting the game which forces me to restart my pc is back. (I had not seen this bug for several months).
Cool.
I know this is a known issue but there are other bugs that came with this updateI hope this will be fixed quickly because it is absolutely not pleasant. It's sad because the event is cool.

I just made an old dungeon, you don't win a chest containing all the crystals but only one kind of crystals per dungeon. about 20 crystals per dungeon (EM), 3 times maximum per day. Given the number we need, this is clearly insufficient.

En français il est écrit que la saison 1 continuera d'être disponible durant 1 mois supplémentaire
En anglais il est écrit que les récompenses non récupéré seront disponible durant 1 mois
Il faudrait peut-être corriger pour ne pas induire les joueurs en erreur. C'est évident que c'est la version anglais qui est la bonne mais c'est pas tout le monde qui fait le comparatif entre les deux langues pour vérifier les erreurs.

It should perhaps be corrected so as not to mislead the players. It's obvious that the English version is the correct one, but not everyone compares the two languages to check for translation errors.

C'est une grande partie des joueurs européen qui seront déçu, vous verrez surement les revenu du serveur européen baisser en même temps que l'arrêt des doublage des voix.
Personnellement, j'avais déjà commencé à diminuer l'achat de ncoin et cette décision ne fera qu'empirer les choses. De plus, sans le doublage de la voix, j'arrêterai de me soucier de l'histoire du jeu et je ne ferai que spammer F jusqu'à la fin.
Juste triste.

Hello, I would like to mention an old unresolved problem with the translation of the voices of the game. The problem seems to have already been addressed on the French version of the forum but nothing seems to happen. So I come here to write it, in English.
Since the launch of UE4, September 8, 2021, you continue to translate the voices for the games in French and German but you do it for nothing because it does not work, or at least it works halfway. Even having selected French in the launcher, the game is 75% in English (the voices of the NPCs and the game map). I assume that for the German version it is the same thing.
There is a little trick (found on the French version of the forum) which partially solves this problem but not entirely. You have to do it again with every game update.
It's sad that these French/German version exists but that the majority thinks that the game is only in English.
Do you plan to fix this issue soon?

I still have this problem, you are not alone. I contacted support but after several analyzes they asked me to do, I gave up, a game shouldn't do that. However, I can tell you that the problem is random. Personally, by restarting the pc, the games finally open sometimes after 1 restart, sometimes 7. kek
If by some miracle the support finds a solution, can you come and let us know? thank you !
