All agents have arrived at the same conclusion: the account was found participating in prohibited behavior that we were unable to attribute to an account compromise. The evidence our investigators gathered merited the action that was applied. Thus, we are unable to alter or remove it. While we prefer not to take such actions, we feel it is in the best interest of our player communities. Thank you for understanding. Yet I someone who involves myself heavily into your game and tries my hardest to help, encourage , teach , and participate Must Accept this level of ignorance. You have a system that has clearly been banning a lot of people lately. I was not one of the first round of people and I sure wont be the last. This is not at all fair nor enticing to your player base / community to Set blanket bans especially if not for extreme instances/case. If I have done something wrong and you would like me to change it you simply send me an email with clear instructions. If failed to meet said instructions i would not have any problem with further decisions imposed upon me. But in this Case we have a clear cut connection between me and many other forum goers in the sense that SOMETHING IS WRONG.. Give my account permissions Back and explain How I and many others can go about avoiding such issues.,

    1% of 1 million = 10,000 That is just a basic example of how such a small margin for error can have an even greater effect. especially in the player base/community If their protection service has even 1% room for failure It can lead to large amounts of issues/complaints/ and false Bans.

Regards, ****** NCSOFT Support Team I am noticing since Jan-Feb it seems customer support was Way more ok with reactivating accounts. But since march 1st they claim to Only sending the same constant "Third Party Use" message. So to All you people on the forums Let His emails Be Proof. -Their systems Is wrong -They've admitted it when they unbanned him -Messages are automated -Support Is not helping Us -You can be Banned for no reason -Bots are still very very active If He was really using the software or Cheating How could He be Unbanned so much? Only to turn around and Be banned again? This Is not the pattern of a chronic cheater.. Just a faulty/ignorant system.....

Our stance on VPN/WTFast is that we don't support it, however we don't ban accounts based on sole VPN usage even if players who use them do so at their own risks.     1. Microsoft wireless keyborad / NAGA Hex 2. yes I AFK often for long periods but rarley get kicked of 3.No (Pff BM) 4. NA 5. Yes ive had to verify multiple IPs because of mobile hotspot 6.I make a constant Positive amount of gold from the marketplace. But all crafting mainly (Merry potters, Soul shields , occasional 28 diamond) 7. I have but only enough to get the latest outfit

    I said earlier that im really not that tech savvy to begin using anything like macros. And even if they Did mean that I feel like "Attributing" something for the sake of remaining still on your decision doesn't sound all that reassuring customer service wise. If your system doesn't know why exactly then Its also safe to assume there might be something wrong or a little deeper into the situation. Either Way Its the 1st Ive ever had anything happen like this , I am a master founders pack owner I really do not see much Gain in cheating a system which i myself Have put $150+ into. I love this game I love My class , My Characters , My items. I really would not knowingly jeopardies any of the long hours , Persistence , energy , & effort I have put into this. This game is by no means my life But recently I have been going through some life changing situations. It has definitely helped me deal with alot of the stress. Its really such a shame to see my account have this happen Knowing myself Ive tried to steer away shady practices/ along with call out bots and spammers alike.
