Cheers mate - tried all of these. Support says it's "packet loss" but how can you get packet loss when you can't even connect?!

Hi all, Looking for a bit of advice. I recently updated to the new launcher and now can't connect to B &S at all. I can sign in through the launcher but when it gets to the game login it repeatedly says "Failed to Connect to Server". Support say it's a problem with my ISP but everything else is absolutely fine and it worked fine before the new launcher. Any ideas anyone? Thanks in advance.
