Let's also not forget that the page shows us getting stones for upgrades on soul/pet/heart/talisman before they become mythic as well and we're supposed to have +6 starcross accessories but the rewards only give you enough to "possibly" get 1 starcross accessory to +6 assuming you don't fail and haven't had any stocked up from before. Pretty sure they're aware but being notified also helps in letting the community know that it's being looked into. Hope we hear something soon and not weeks later.

I get that but and upgrading from GC1 - 3 and then using the evolution items you can buy from the exchange is fine but if we are to look at soul boost and what is given reward wise I do think that an update to that system be it solar energy or martial tokens should be considered, that's all.

I know I've seen a few posts regarding alts not able to get weapons to IA teir because their still stuck at GC or whatever. And I know that it's fairly easy to upgrade past it but what if we made the martial token exchange have a Thronebreaker stage 1 weapon box instead of it's current box that I believe is just below Grand celestial if I remember correctly. That could solve the returning player issue if not being able to catch up weapon wise cause they had already did story prior to GC weapon being a reward. Let me know what y'all think.

So as many people know when this soul badge chest came out you could obtain it with martial tokens to get up to Warsong/Wildborne/Exemplar fused badges. That was prior to the UE4 update, now after we have the UE4 update you can't obtain those badge from said chest. A ticket was sent in to them informing them this and I get told it was intended. I'm calling B.S there, first of all when an update happens it'd be nice to know any sort of changes being done, not just what the devs deem is important to us cause let's face it time and time again we ask for certain updates to be informed and don't get them and then when we find out about it. I get NC West isn't the dev team (we aren't stupid) but don't give us lies to things saying "it's intended or that's how it is etc. etc. etc" cause we know it's not. Instead of worrying about player retention, how about worrying about bringing in newer players, cause at this rate that you've been going lately you're bound to lose a lot in the up coming months with you're "updates"
