I'm not wrong, I'm saying that they're making enough money to sustain this game but their greed is so strong that they're forcing new "long term updates" and other stuff like Unity Stones to make even more money out of milking Whales. It's their greed which is causing all the negativity towards any form of P2W.

Don't you know that even if you have like 100 GB/s internet speed it doesn't affect your ms/delay/ping?

Definitely they should adjust and improve premium membership rewards especially those monthly stamps and add an ability to choose if you want stamps, threads or designer threads to get old outfits.

This idea of compensation was just an example. For such untested and bugged patch we've got we should be getting way better compensation than 14 days premium. But like always we will be getting nothing in return.

I won't expect any form of compensation from NCSoft. We should be getting compensation for White Orb and Demon Stone fiasko, but we didn't get anything which you could call "compensation". This time they should at least give players 14 days of Premium Membership due to bugged patch, but they won't bother because like they already confirmed many times they don't care about players only about big whales.

It's a first step in right direction but it's not like we're even with this patch. We deserve more changes to be made in the name of players. There are plenty of things that need to be changed asap and there are plenty of topics which includes very good feedback with pointed stuff that should be done/changed/implemented. You should definitely look forward to "send it to KR devs"

They're making enough money from RNG Boxes, Trove, F10 bundles, NCoin only stuff from F10 and Premium Membership. They don't need to make profit out of every material in the game.

They really should consider making one change: Instead of one gem powder per 25 solar energy there should be one Hongmoon gem (which you can salvage into 10 Hongmoon gem powders). That would definitely solve demand for this material.

What are you talking about? Leveling itself is boring and you need to do it to reach end-game. Imagine doing this same story for let's say 7th time. You'll get burned out before reaching end-game. In my opinion going through story should be even faster that it is nowadays. It would make more people into endgame and there is where the real grind and actual game play starts to shine.

Yes, but it's something we should get while Storm of Arrows went live. More than that we should be getting even more "fixes" and "updates" because there is plenty of space to improve and make Blade and Soul playable for all players especially new and mid-late geared players. Not to mention that mods are only there if you break forum rules in any other way they don't even response to urgent topics or feedback. Imagine if they write simple "thank you for your feedback, we're gonna send it to KR devs to further discuss this topic". But nah, they just want to stay silent and hope that everything will calm down.

I'm sorry to tell you this but everything will stay as it is until Trove will come to an end. After Trove ends we'll receive "fix" that should at least nerf dungeon difficulty. All they want to do is to milk as much money out of whales as possible and later provide "fix" for this huge mess of a patch. Don't believe me? Just wait and see it by yourself. Until then, they'll be telling you that they're working with "dev team" to fix this patch but in reality if they truly want to patch this update and do it properly they have plenty of time (one week) to gather feedback, adress most of the issues and at least fix so called "Easy mode" to match it's name but instead they've put 150mb patch of pure nothingness to fix MSP lightning and Windwalk quest (which is still bugged) and solo content with revivals.

This is masterpiece. I would like all of those changes applied to the live severs. Off topic: When your players make better patch notes than actual "dev team". P.S We don't like Pay To Win kappa

I'm not even surprised anymore that Jonathan and Bethany decided to leave this sinking ship. It as a meme at some point but looking at current state of this so called "game" it's pretty much obvious that they don't want to bother with such "dev team" anymore.

We were waiting for optimization patch since launch of this game and guess what. We didn't get it. So simply said - don't expect it any time soon and if you believe in UE4 I need to tell you this. UE4 is a carrot on a stick. Just to keep player base waiting for something that will never going to happen.

NCSoft priority system 1. Trove and RNG scam boxes with rigged drop rate. 2. F10 NCoin exclusive bundles with materials in demand - gem powders / raid resets etc. 3. New tier of whale items which you don't really need, but they push you to spend more time or preferable money to get them in a reasonable amount of time. 4. Gold and Material or other highly demand items nerf so F2P will need to swipe to get basic materials in reasonable amount of time 5. Miscommunication, "features", intended bugs and never coming fixes to known issues and bugs. 6. Introducing new copy-paste dungeons with same path of upgrade ; new tier of scales ; new tier of cores ; new tier of raid items - steels, hearts etc. 7. Ninja nerf drop rates for Merchant of Wonders ; MSP evolved stones. 8. Copy - paste bugged untested patch into live servers and then pikachu.jpg and making excuses.

So you gonna fix this "biggest update of the year" which turns out to be the biggest bugfest of the year or you just gonna wait until Trove ends just to milk some extra money out of whales? In normal company there will be rollback to previous update or this huge update should be postponed and properly tested before implementing it into live servers. But here you only acknowledge the problem with easy mode and I bet you'll never fix all the bugs that you implemented with this patch. There are plenty of reports for newly discovered bugs, typos etc. But hey, we need to wait until next Wednesday so you'll receive new build from KR and MAYBE this will fix few of those bugs. But later you'll decide that it's intended that way and all those bugs will become feature. Like there is a topic right above with Known Issues and Bugs and there are still bugs SINCE MAY and you do NOTHING to fix it. Is this company even trying? It's just killing EU/NA on purpose at this point. If you really care about this game being alive you'll have thousands opportunities to attract new people and care about your player base. But after this patch this game is mostly dead. Only log-in to do raid and log-off because there is no point to do anything else besides raids.

NCSoft without their Pay2Win or like the White Knights like to say "Pay To Progress" scams? Impossible. Sorry, but like you see they are so greedy that they don't even care at this point. Pushing upgrades further and further just to get some sweet money from whales who will spend thousands of keys on Trove or on RNG Boxes just to get new stuff. It's like never ending mountain that you as a FreeToPlay will climb forever and as a Whale you get prestige helicopter that will take you to the top in matter of few seconds.

We've come to point when you can clearly see that if you spend enough $$$ you gain REAL advantage in terms of your character stats. There were RNG Boxes, there was Trove where you spend money to get materials. Some individuals called it "PayToProgress" - Okay, that's fair enought BUT right now you're buying STONES which INCREASES your STATS PERMAMENTLY. Not to mention you're buying second tier out of three. Blue -> PURPLE -> Orange. This way you're gaining so much of improvement towards your character in matter of few swipes that would took literally half of year for regular non-paying player to be not as near in terms of said stones and stats. It's just a pure money grab just right before another Pay2Win or Pay2Progress event which is coming soon which is Trove. The gap between whales and regular players is just so huge that there is no way even playing daily on 12 characters everyday for whole year to catch up with said Whales. Sorry NCSoft, but it's enough for me. UE4 is just a carrot on stick and your attitude towards players is just pure scumbagery. NC$cam. I'm not even surprised that you didn't announce patch preview. You were just afraid of rightful hate you'll receive with such money-grab moves like you did.

They have doubled daily XP limit for Unity just to introduce new Pay2Win boxes with said XP charms and Purple Stones. Nice move NCSoft I'm proud of how greedy you really are.

They are looking into Evolved Stones situation since last year and up to this day they didn't even bother to experiment with new sources of this material. It's sad to see that you need thousands of Evolved Stones + other materials to craft hundreds of Oils for 1) Soul 2) Heart 3) Badges 4) Pristine Oils for Accesories Yet still there is zero farmable efficient sources of Evolved Stones. SoulStone Plains when you kill everything in like 3 Hits two times in hour may give you ~ 4 evolved stones considering you'll have luck with getting Keys + appropriate badges from two different bosses. MSP 1-6 - Looking out opening of hundreds of Boxes stages 5/6 chances of getting evolved stones are hilarious ; in like 500 chests you may get ~30 evolved stones Celestial Basins - Outdated and irrelevant at this point and droprates of evolved stones are also hilarious.
