Exactly what I did as well

Mine now loads with no drive disconnections. It appears launching the game disables SATA port 7/8 on my mobo

I posted a thread when the anniversary update came about, when I launched the game, as soon as it hit the splash screen it disconnected two of my internal SATA drives. My C drive was uneffected. I just switched the ports around and moved the two effected drives over and plugged my C drive into one of the ports that was having an issue. Launched the game and I got my first BSOD with the same error code you guys are having. As temp fix you might be able to switch which SATA port your drive is connected to.
