  1. Dear Whoever-is-in-charge-of-these-forums On June 7th, I made a post wanting to clarify why upgrading Skyforge/Shadowforge 6 to Grand Celestial 6 doesn't require new transformation stones, since the Steel Bonds update mentioned it would till Grand Celestial 6. The two people who replied to my post didn't give any satisfactory answers. I sincerely hope one of them is not an actual employee since that would make their reply a misinterpretation at best, and gaslighting at worst. While waiting for an official answer I 'bumped' my thread every week. But my post June 25th and July 3rd was deleted. This has resulted in my post sinking down in forums, which I assume is so that you could just ignore this matter altogether. Your misuse of authority made me seek out other forum for this issue where someone mentioned that NCWEST may not be able to do anything about it. To further clarify this situation I was advised to pm forum moderator Hime. Which I did four to five days ago, to no results. I understand that being a moderator can be overwhelming as they might receive many pms and requests everyday, so I hold no ill will towards Hime. If you read my original post "Is this an oversight or working as intended ? If it's latter then would it be possible to change those 3 PTS to the new Premium Transformation Stone Crystals ? (as keeping with the wording of 'up to')" You could have written any one of these four answers depending on the situation, and I would have been satisfied. 1. It's working as intended, so we can't change it. 2. It's working as intended, but we'll look into it and see if it can be changed. 3. It's an oversight, but we can't make any changes to it. 4. It's an oversight, we'll try to fix it in later patches. Even if you have no control over Steel Bond update changes, and can't even ask NCSOFT if there was an oversight with upgrading or not. Your tampering a query thread post, along with trying my patience for a month by stonewalling has left a bitter aftertaste. If these standards align with your ideals, then all of this is just disappointing. I wash my hands off this.. random player
  2. This is so strange. I had made another post on June 25th with the message 'Weekly Bump' (since last message was on June 16th). Checking now after 2 days, my last post is gone. Forums must have bugged out for me. I understand that this must be a busy week because of new story act, as well as new fm spec release. Hopefully, someone with agency to elicit an official comment might get a chance to view this post. Thanks.
  3. I really would like an official answer if possible please. If I wasn't clear enough in previous post -> Not using new upgrade material because Sky/Shadow 6 to GC 6 is not considered an upgrade is not true because, all previous weapon path changes like Dawn/Rift 8 to Raven 8, Exalted/Storm to Aransu, etc also uses the new upgrade material.
  4. That's not the case. Take for example- in our quest to reach Grand Celestial 6, we upgrade Dawnforge 8 to Raven 8. It will use the new Transformation Stone Crystal, not the old Transformation Stones. Nowhere it was mentioned that only by staying true to pve or raid weapon paths, will the new crystals be used. I assumed the whole point was to make it easier for players to get Grand Celestial/Incinerator/Skyforge/Shadowforge till stage 6. This isn't an end game weapon by far, but will help push a new/returning player towards it nonetheless. Lets hope we can get an official feedback on this. Cheers edit- i missed Grimoir's post, but addressed it incidentally :P
  5. Thank you on your well informed post detailing the cost effective measures of upgrading. It does answer my unanswered question and no doubt will help others as well. But my topic was specifically addressing the issue "These Crystals will replace the need for Transformation Stones and Premium Transformation Stones in weapon upgrades up to Grand Celestial/Incinerator/Skyforge/Shadowforge – Stage 6." not holding true when upgrading Skyforge/Shadowforge to Grand Celestial 6 (regardless of expense).
  6. With the introduction of New Transformation Stone Crystal in the Steel Bonds update, it was mentioned that "These Crystals will replace the need for Transformation Stones and Premium Transformation Stones in weapon upgrades up to Grand Celestial/Incinerator/Skyforge/Shadowforge – Stage 6." It's a welcome update for new or returning old players to help them achieve decent weapon easier. But if a player is already on Skyforge/Shadowforge (pve) path and wants to upgrade to Grand Celestial 6, he/she would still need three Premium Transformation Stones. Is this an oversight or working as intended ? If it's latter then would it be possible to change those 3 PTS to the new Premium Transformation Stone Crystals ? (as keeping with the wording of 'up to') Thanks
