  10. 3rd Anniversary Festival: Events

    Patch notes will be released on Tuesday, the day before launch. Midnight Skypetal Plains is permanently being revamped and the soul shields are a permanent feature. You'll earn the currency to purchase soul shields by defeating Sacred Longgui -- with the later stages of the boss providing the higher tier currency for the higher tier rewards. The Midnight Skypetal Plains event is for additional rewards to entice players to engage in this updated content.

    The three characters in the image are intending to showcase the anniversary adornments that will be arriving on January 16. The three costumes that these characters are wearing will not be available and were only shown with them on because we didn't want them to be naked , but I'll be sure to let the team know that you're wanting to see White Angel make an appearance again in the future.

Beginning January 9, to comply with the recent Belgian Gaming Commission declaration that paid loot boxes violate Belgium’s gambling regulations, we have implemented measures that restrict real money purchase of items that are random in nature by players located in Belgium. For our players located in Belgium, these restricted items will no longer appear in the Hongmoon Store. All other items will continue to be available for purchase. Any affected items you acquired prior to this restriction will still be able to be opened and used. As long as you are not purchasing the items with real money from within a restricted country, they can still be received, gifted and used.   18. Hello, from a technical standpoint that wouldn't be possible to begin with. There's no way for the game to poll each players' inventory upon loot distribution and apply any kind of server-side restriction to prevent those players to bid on a specific item. Such a process would be extremely convoluted. The bidding system is fair to all players, whoever pays for an item (regardless if they have a use for it or not) is distributing their own currency back to the rest of the party. It is their right to be able to bid on something or not. It might be seen as greedy but then again it's within what game mechanics are allowing them to do, just like you are allowed to form your own parties with players you know in order to avoid such situation to happen in the first place. Keep in mind that with bidding you will always statistically fall back on your feet. The more "greedy" players you encounter, the more currency they put through their bidding will fall into your own pockets. You can then just re-use that currency to bid on your own item.

    Greetings everyone, It does not make a difference whether you submit a ticket via the Support tab or by sending an email directly to support@bladeandsoul.com. Your information ends up in the same place. I would suggest to reply to the initial reply you received from the Support team and supply them with the needed information. That way all your information will be in one place instead of spread over multiple messages, which will each get assigned a different ticket number. Though it is weird that they did not receive your reply, it is not unusual, as email services sometimes can act up.
